Mr. Boulley is a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, and has over 25 years in the information technology industry. Mr. Boulley has held executive level positions with multiple Native American tribes. His technical background and experience in opening new facilities, integrating new facilities into existing infrastructure, and strategic infrastructure planning allows Mr. Boulley to provide a unique service to Indian tribes through out the North American Continent during master planning of tribal lands. Mr. Boulley has opened such facilities as the Soaring Eagle Casino & Hotel, the Public Safety Facility, and Waste Water Treatment Plant for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe; the opening of the Lady Luck Bettendorf Hotel; and the integration of the Grand Traverse Resort into the existing infrastructure of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. Mr. Boulley has overseen the design, selection, purchase, and installation of two world-class telecommunication systems ($1.2 Million each) within “Indian Country”.
